This policy explains what personal information All In House Property Group collects, why we need it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and the rights you have. It applies to our website, our lettings and management services, and our Client Portal.
Last updated: 2 November 2026
All In House Property Group Ltd ("AIHPG", "we", "us") is a lettings and property management agency, registered in England and Wales under company number 14476271, with its registered office at 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU. We are members of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS056920).
We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Where we act for a landlord, the landlord is also a controller of their tenants' information, and we handle it on their behalf and in line with our own legal duties as an agent.

The law requires us to check that adult occupiers have the right to rent in England. Identity documents and Home Office checks can show your nationality and immigration status. We collect these only to meet that legal duty, keep them securely, and do not use them for anything else. We do not otherwise ask for health or other special category information unless it is needed to make a reasonable adjustment you have asked for, and then only with your agreement.
Referencing providers may use automated scoring in their credit and affordability checks. A person at AIHPG always reviews the result before any decision on an application is made, and you can ask us to explain or reconsider it.
We never sell personal information.
We use trusted providers to run our business. They process information only on our instructions and under data processing terms. They include:
We keep personal information in the UK or the European Economic Area wherever we can. Our Client Portal and its documents are hosted in the Netherlands, and our backups are held in the European Union. Some of our providers are based in, or may access information from, other countries such as the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by approved contract terms, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.
Our Client Portal lets landlords we work with view their properties, compliance certificates, rent records, maintenance, inspections, documents and updates about their local area. Access is by invitation only.
Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you first arrive, it keeps a note of the page you landed on, the website that referred you and any campaign tags, in your browser's session storage. This stays in your browser, is cleared when you close the tab, and is only sent to us if you submit an enquiry form, so we know how you found us.
