SERVICE PACK ONE
For 6.5% commision (of total rent):
This service includes:
- Professional property photography
- A comprehensive end-of-tenancy clean (before new tenants move in)
- Check-in inventory report (on tenant move-in date).
- Checkout-out inventory report (For the outgoing tenant)
- Full & thorough tenant referencing
- All neccessary tenancy agreement provisions
- Key handover service
SERVICE PACK two
For 7.5% commision (of total rent):
This service includes everything from service pack one.
Additionally:
- Full end-of-tenancy clean (At the end of the tenancy)
- A check-out report (At the end of tenancy)
- EICR reports
- Gas safety certificates
Extra Services:
- Paint & decorating services

3. Once we find suitable tenants, we keep landlords informed and provide a tenancy agreement only after successful reference checks. Our clerk conducts an inventory report and assists with the tenant's move-in.

4. Our additional return service covers both the beginning and end of the tenancy, offering end-of-tenancy cleaning and a check-out report, ensuring the property is returned to its original condition.
